A stone to represent yourself
Take the stone that represents your target, and begin wrapping it from one end of the wire. As you wrap the stone, say, "This is you, tied to me, happy and true our love shall be." Wrap the stone with about a foot of the wire. Now take the second stone, representing yourself, and begin wrapping it from the other end of the wire. Say, "This is me, tied to you, our love shall be happy and true."
Now you should have a piece of wire with a stone on each end, and about a foot of wire between them. Hold the stones together, and use that remaining wire to wrap them together. As you wrap them, say, "Two together, no longer alone, wrapped up in each other like these stones."
Depending on the size of the stones, you can wear this as jewelry, carry it in your pocket, or just stash it safely in a drawer somewhere. If you wish to end the relationship, simply unwrap the wire from around the stones. If he pisses you off, you can throw them at him.
