#1. Write out the sentence of your intent. Keep it short and to the point. For example: I WILL GET ALL A'S THIS SEMESTER. (I usually write it in all caps, it'll be easier.)
#2. Go through, and remove any duplicate letters. Ex: I WL GET A S H MR
#3. Jumble the letters up. WEASRMLHIGT
One sigil-word usually represents a complete sentence. I dunno if that's how Brian did it, but that's how I did it.
One of the points of having it be part of your signature is that everytime someone tries to read it, it lends the sigil power, recharging it, so to speak.
